, En e et, nous souhaitons prendre appui sur l'exemple des épithèses en français pour défendre une méthode de recherche largement intégrative, capable de donner une vision globale d'un marqueur sociophonétique en français. Dans la mesure où une approche variationnelle stricte donne des résultats décevants pour ces phénomènes à la frontière de la phonétique et de la sémantique, nous défendons la pertinence d'une prise en compte de di érents niveaux d'analyse (acoustique, articulatoire, paratactique, énonciative et perceptive), défendre des choix méthodologiques mixtes
